| ■Acquisition of Residency Status |
| Any persons who have renounced Japanese nationality, or any foreign nationals
who are to stay in Japan without following landing procedures through birth
or any other reason may continue to stay in Japan without aquiring a Status
of Residence for a period not exceeding 60 days on and after the day of
his/her renoucement of Japanese nationality or birth. The foreign national who wish to stay beyond 60 days has to apply for the aquisition of a status of residence within 30 days on and after the date. |
| ■Required Documents |
| Our office can make complete processes of acquiring a status of residence
based upon a mutually agreed action plan. Our office can creat, translate
and consolidate required documents as well as submitting them to the Regional
Immigration Bureau on behalf of you without your appearance. The documents will be prepared conforming to a specific status of residence which you are seeking. When any documents are written in a lanuage other than Japanese, a translation is required under the Immigration Control and relevant laws, our office can provide you with English - Japanese translation service. | ■ 子供がうまれたら |
日本の国籍を離脱した場合、又外国人の子供が生まれ場合など上陸の手続を経る事なく本邦に在留することとなる外国人で、その事由が生じたの日から引き続き60日を超えて滞在する事になる場合、資格取得の事由が生じた日より30日以内に地方入管局、支局、又は出張所に在留資格取得許可申請を行う事が必要です。 尚、60日以内に出国する場合は在留資格の取得は不要とされています。 |
| ■ 申請書類の作成と取次 |
当事務所では、申請人の皆様の状況を的確に把握させて頂いた上で、希望する在留資格に適合する書類の構成を整え、取得に向けたアクションプランを作成します。本プランに基づきガイダンスを実施し、適切な申請書類の作成を行います。 更に依頼があれば、申請者（代理人）に代わって居住地を管轄する地方入管局支局、出張所に出頭し申請手続を行います。 尚、申請書類の中で外国文を提出する場合は入管施行規則第62条により翻訳文の添付が義務づけられています。当事務所では翻訳のサービスを行います。 |

出入国管理及び難民認定規則第二十四条で下記資料の提出が求められます。 １）在留資格認定証明書交付申請書及び写真一葉（免除規定あり） ２）在留資格取得事由区分に応じた書類 ➀日本国籍を離脱した者-----国籍を証する書類 ➁出生した者---------------出生したことを証明する書類 ➀➁以外で在留資格を取得する必要のある者ーその事由を証明する書類 申請書の内容は下記をご覧ください。 在留資格取得申請 ２）立証資料 申請者の資格・能力及び国内受け入れ機関との関係を証明する資料です。 具体的出入国管理及び難民認定規則別表第三に指定される資料及びその他参考となるべき資料の提出が求められています。 具体的には下記をご覧ください。場合によっては別途の資料が要求される事があります。 日本での活動内容に応じた資料 |
