| You are obliged to apply for changing a status of residence within the
period of stay, when you want to change the purpose of your stay falling
outside those permitted under your status of residence previousely granted
on your landing in Japan. For example, it is the case that a student having a status of residence of Student hopes to become employed as an Engineer within his/her period of stay. Any foreign nationals who are engaging soley in an activity invoving income without the permission may be subject to punishment. |

on behalf of you such as creating, translating, consolidating documents
as well as submitting them to the Regional Immigration Bureau without your
appearance. The documents will be prepared conforming to a specific status
of residence, which you are seeking, stipulated under the Immigration Control
Act and other relevant laws and ordinances . When any documents to be submitted to the Ministry of Justice, Ｉｍｍｉｇｒａｔｉｏn bureau, or an immigration inspector are written in a lanuage other than Japanese, and a translation is required, our office can provide you with English - Japanese translation service. | ■在留目的が変わったときどうする |
外国人は活動内容の変更に合わせて、上陸許可の際に決定された在留資格の 変更を申請する事が出来ます。たとえば「留学」の在留資格で在留中の学生が 卒業後に「技術」の職に就く場合です。 変更を希望する外国人は、在留期間内であればいつでも地方入管局、支局、 出張所に変更を申請できます。 在留資格の変更を行う事なく新しい在留資格で報酬を受けて専ら活動する者は、 処罰の対象となります。（入管法第70条第4号） |
| ■申請書類の作成と申請取次を行います |
当事務所では、申請人の皆様の状況を的確に把握させて頂いた上で、希望する 在留資格に適合する書類の構成を整え、取得に向けたアクションプランを作成 します。本プランに基づきガイダンスを実施し、適切な申請書類の作成を行います。 更に依頼があれば、申請者（代理人）に代わって居住地を管轄する地方入管局 支局、出張所に出頭し申請手続を行います。 尚、申請書類の中で外国文を提出する場合は入管施行規則第62条により翻訳 文の添付が義務づけられています。当事務所では翻訳のサービスを行います。 |
